Chlamydophila psittaci, Inactivated (Strain : 6BC; Z391)
Check our terms regarding shipping costs, taxes and dutiesC. psittaci, an obligate intracellular bacteria, was propagated in a monolayer of L929 cells, harvested, titered, and inactivated using a combination of heat and chemical. The final titer reported was calculated based on a dilution of the pre-inactivation titer. The titer and infectivity of the harvested material were determined by coverslip culture of L929 cells in a 24-well plate followed by immunostaining with a genus-specific monoclonal antibody (Catalog No. 01-040000, Diagnostic Hybrids; USA).
