MagneZoom are silica-coated super paramagnetic beads that facilitates a quick protein purification through magnetic separation. It has a pH stability between 4.0 and 9.0, and a particle size range between 2 – 5µm. MagneZoom matrix is supplied as a 25 mg/mL suspension. Affinity-purified LEL/LEA was immobilized to MagneZoom magnetic beads with proper configuration and stability of the lectin.
