Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East and the resulting impact on global energy markets, we are seeing a significant and sustained increase in fuel costs. Up until this point, our company has fully absorbed these rising operational costs to shield our customers from price increases. However,as the situation persists, we must implement a temporary fuel surcharge on all shipping costs(including free shipping and flat fee when applicable), effective today, 23 April 2026, to all orders for customers located in:
- The European Union : EUR 25.00
- The United Kingdom : GBP 20.00
- Switzerland : CHF 20.00
This charge will not be applied to orders where customers' courier account is used. This adjustment is a direct response to the current global crisis and will remain in effect only until fuel prices stabilize and return to pre-conflict levels. We sincerely regret having to take this step and appreciate your understanding as we navigate these challenging market conditions. We remain committed to transparency and will remove this surcharge as soon as possible.

We offer a wide range of quality controls and verification panels available in different formats (both single or multiple analytes) that can be used across various molecular testing platforms and assays. Based on product configuration, fill volumes, and concentration of analytes, using these controls on a consistent basis helps monitor testing performance and provides extra confidence in the quality and reliability of laboratory operations. For a wide range of platforms, the level of concentration has been targeted at the sensitivity levels of those specific platforms.
