| The well characterized VQC-Sanquin standards for HBV-DNA, HCV-RNA, HIV-1 RNA and HIV-2 RNA are also used for preparation of linearity panels to be tested in quantitative NAT methods. Since these standards have been extensively calibrated in both copies/mL and IU/mL the dilution panels are also suitable for testing the accuracy of the quantitative results reported by the NAT methods.
