Human Parvovirus (Strain: B19) is a non-enveloped, icosahedral virus approximately 23?26 nm in diameter that contains a single-stranded linear DNA. Human Parvovirus Concentrate is produced from Parvovirus positive human plasma, which is semi-purified and resuspended in PBS. Each lot of viral concentrate is assayed by quantitative PCR and is sold with values >108 IU/mL.
Each frozen aliquot contains 1 mL of viral concentrate.
Viral Concentrates are sold as consumable testing materials. The suitability and performance characteristics should be determined by your laboratory for each intended usage.
